By placing orders on our website, you have agreed to comply with all policies provided on Crown Pride Naturals website.

 We ensure the content of our website are accurate at the time of our website publication, and we may at any point in time modify its contents. We will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the site content.

 We will not be liable for contents of other websites provided as a link on our website.

All Information provided on our website are to be used as a guide, we do not make health claim benefits about our range of products, and we will not be liable for the actions you take concerning the information provided on our site.

 

  

ORDERS 

All our products are processed and dispatched in 24 -72hrs (exclude weekends and bank holiday), once dispatched, delivery times varies for different destinations, for more information on delivery times visit our shipping and information page

In the case where it may take longer than this, we will contact you as soon as possible giving you a valid reason for delay in your order and the option to refund if you can't wait longer than the given period. We will send you a confirmation email for all orders once payment is confirmed, and another once dispatched.

We advice all customers to ensure that they provide the right shipping Information when placing their orders, if there is an error with shipping Information  please contact us at sales@crownpride.co.uk or call us as soon as possible. Once the package is dispatched, error cannot be rectified. If your package is re-delivered to us as a result of shipping Information error, you will have to pay additional shipping charges to have the package re-delivered to you.  


 

 

REFUND POLICY

We accept refund on all unused products in resaleable condition as long as items are returned within 7 days of receipt of orders, less shipping charges.

Please contact us at sales@crownpride.co.uk to get your refund authorisation code to help expedite your refund. Mailing refund items by trackable shipping method is recommended. 

 

  

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Visa Electron Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and we also accept paypal payments, we do not store your financial information.

We ship all orders to worldwide destinations.  Please contact us for more information about shipping to some destinations outside Europe.
