We have created a list of frequently asked questions to guide you through questions you may have about Crown Pride Naturals range of product and services.

 

Are your products all natural ?

All our anhydrous products are 100% natural, Our water based products are made with predominantly natural ingredients, however we do use natural derived ingredients such as surfactants, emulsifiers. Our water based products contain 1% or less of parabens free and formaldehyde free preservative to keep the bugs away, and in some cases we use fragrance oil  or organic essential oils at 1% or less.

 

Do you test your products on animals?

No, Non of our products are tested on animals

 

Are your products Vegan?

Majority of our products are vegan ( don't worry the sodium lactate in our water based product is derived from corn sugar). Some of our products contain honey and silk protein, full ingredients listing are provide on each product.

 

Do you have glycerine free products?

Majority of our products are glycerine free with exception of Silk Conditioning Leave-in Mist, Cream conditioning Mist and Organic Babassu conditioning shampoo.

 

Can I purchase sample products?

We provide sample sets on all range of products, with exception of masks and treatments.  Please note that the sample sets are sold as it is, with no modification to content of each pack.

 

Are your products only for curly hair?

While our products are designed for curly hair types, they are also suitable for straight hair particularly if dry and brittle, please check out or Product Guide page for more information.

 

 

Do you use fragrace oil in your products?

Majority of our products take its fragrance from the natural oils used, some contain small amount of essential oils or fragrance oils. The fragrance oils used in our products is free of 26 potential allergens outlined in the seventh amendment of the EU cosmetics directives.

 

I am allergic to an ingredient in your product but it is down in the ingredients listing, Can I still use it?

We do not advise our customers to use any product containing an allergen your already know, please read all ingredient listing fully to be certain you are not allergic to any of the ingredients before purchasing. Some individuals with latex allergy may be allergic to shea butter, if you are unsure we advice to do a skin patch test before using shea containing products.

 

Can I use your product on my child?

Although our products are made using natural and naturally derived ingredients, according to EU cosmetic directives, all products for use on childresn age 3 and under, needs to safety assessed for this age group. Our products are not safety assessed for this purpose we can not endorse the use of our product  in this age group.

 

I am relaxed can I use your product?

Are your product PH balance?

All our water based products are pH balanced with pH varying btw 4.5 - 6

 

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched in 24-72hrs

 

Can I make changes to my order?
