Monoï de Tahiti- An exotic golden-yellow oil of Tahitian origin, it is created by combining Tahitian coconut oil and essence of Tiare flowers (Tahitian gardenia). For centuries, polynesian women has used monoï oil to moisturise and condition the skin and hair. Monoï has the ability to moisturise and repair damaged hair.
Monoï de Tahiti is protected and authentificated worldwide by "appellation d' origine". It is said that the unique volcanic soil of the Tahitian Islands impacts qualities to the ingredients which cannot be duplicated anywhere else in the world.
Castor oil - as a humectant (attracting moisture from the environment), adding softness and shine to your tresses. It also thickens the hair and has scalp stimulating properties.
Rice bran oil - A light non-greasy oil derived from the outer coat of brown rice. It moisturises, condition and impart shine to the hair. It also high in natural anti-oxidants such as tocopherol (vitamin E), Tocotrienol ( the anti-oxidant responsible for rice bran oil UV protective/sunscreen properties) and oryzanol.
We even added additional natural vitamin E to our Vegan pomade for even more anti-oxidant effect.
Ingredients - Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil (and) annatto extract, Ricinus communis (castor) oil, Cocos nucifera (and) Gardenia tahitensis (monoi d'tahiti) oil, Oryza sativa (rice bran) oil, Olea europaea and Hydrogenated Olive Oil (olive wax), Tocopherol.
